Zombies in LA? What’s not to like. This is a rip-roaring romp beautifully crafted and paced. I enjoyed this a lot. 8.0/10.0

I loved this film. Great acting from Tom Hanks as always, and the very impressive Helena Zengel. Beautifully shot, this is a slice of Big Country, panoramic shots that fill the screen and the mind. I would have enjoyed it more in the cinema with a huge IMAX screen and booming sound, but that is nit-picking. Ostensibly a western, but...

Another older film. Great performances by  Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan and a decent enough plot and pacing. I enjoyed it. An easy 7.5/10.0

What a bunch of nonsense, and another waste of talent. Just a series of set-pieces, cliches and one-liners glued together in an almost random sequence. Barely warrants 5.0/10.0
